I've been a regular, long time customer. I have enjoyed the ease of ordering, the speed of delivery & the convenience. At one time, I received a pack of pods (I order 5 packs of 4 in each order) that was leaking. I sent an email with photos & advised them of the problem. I received no response after a month. I called the number I found on MAPS and spoke to a gentleman, advising him of my email. He stated when I ordered again, he would include an extra pack of pods. True to his word, my order arrived with the extra pack. However, my original email stated that as a result of the leakage, I lost a battery. In fairness, I failed to mention the battery during the phone conversation. I'm simply disappointed that there is clearly no attention given to emails - their forum for customer service. I had emailed them previously when I noticed on MAPS that the store is listed as "permanently closed". I almost didn't order & was seeking another venue to order from. But, I have continued to order & recieve my orders. Overall, Vape Shack is a good place to order & the speed of delivery is phenomenal!
