  Washington State BOOOOO — I loved using Vapeshack to purchase my husband's Juul cartridges and devices. Washington state has decided to tax these two items at 95%. The tax is as much as the purchase is. Not sure what we're going to do going forward. Thanks Vapeshack..it's been a pleasure purchasing from you the last couple of years.
